Land For Lease In Virginia My Mobile Home Was Fire Damaged. Repairs Cost More Than The Home Is Valued. Can I Get Out Of The Land Lease?

My Mobile Home was fire damaged. Repairs cost more than the home is valued. Can I get out of the land lease? - land for lease in virginia

I looked at the lease but found nothing to do with this situation. However, only the country is corrupt or is no longer sufficient, and the landowners, who can break the lease. I know I'm the first to encounter this problem, just find an address before I consult a lawyer.

Before I contacted an attorney, I spoke with the owner to see if he / she is willing to work with you.

Although a lease does not seem A. The landlord may be willing to give, Giving a first shot.

Do not count on it.

It does not hurt to ask.

Sorry.
