Too many bladder infections? I'm worried...? - kidney infection short period

I am sixteen years old and I was treated by two bladder infections and has become a kidney infection during the past year. I am aware of the symptoms and I began to recognize the first signs.

Is there a possible reason for so much in so short a time? And can catch you if this one drink cranberry juice or another before reaching the point where I get the drugs? Please and thank you. :)
