Kidney stone...what next? - kidney stone pain outside body

Hello to all. Just got back from ER to the back, flanks, abdomen, pain in the penis, this morning. It is a stone of 3mm x 7mm. The good news is, the doctor said its distal urethra, which means that fell outside the bubble.

However, if the stone makes its way into the bubble, I mean, this is a "good", that is, it will probably happen to me.

Has anyone else heard?
