How to hide the wires while mounting 42" lcd? - flush mount lcd

Trying to figure out how to hide the cables to the TV. I'll have a PS3, connected to it. I live in an apartment if you do not have much against the wall. Is there a support or holder is against the wall, that can hide the cables flat? Thank you for your help
