Are enabling law of habeas corpus by the Bush administration suspended? if the "Patriot Act", how could it be? if it happens according to the rules of national security, what is? Why is this happening?
Yes, I know about Guantanamo. But tell me exactly why they suspended habeas corpus in the Bush administration. when, how and why? and why it recently restored?
As far as I know, the president has no right to suspend articles of the Constitution or the amendment - only Congress can, right? or not? Why or why not?
